Looking for flexibility without compromising on the schools you work in? Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team, working across a number of Multi Academy Trusts and Primary Schools throughout Manchester. Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience across different settings or an experienced teacher wanting greater flexibility and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you. Unlike traditional day-to-day supply, we work closely with our partner schools to provide continuity wherever possible. We aim to place our teachers in the same schools regularly, allowing you to build relationships with pupils and staff while becoming a familiar and valued member of the school community.
We pride ourselves on building long‑term relationships with both our schools and our teachers. Rather than sending you somewhere different every day, we work hard to provide consistency, allowing you to become part of the school community while maintaining the flexibility that supply teaching offers.
Whether you're looking for one day a week or full‑time supply, we'd love to help you find opportunities that work around you.
