Job summary

Step Teachers in Norfolk are recruiting secondary supply teachers to work across King's Lynn and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons to KS3/KS4 and adapt to different schools with varying expectations and environments.

This flexible role offers daily and short-term placements with PAYE weekly pay, exclusive perks, and robust safeguarding checks. A QTS or equivalent and Enhanced DBS are required or obtainable via the Update Service.

We are currently recruiting secondary supply teachers to work across schools in King's Lynn and the surrounding areas. Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in your subject specialism
• Follow school policies and maintain classroom behaviour
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs
• Mark work and provide feedback where required
• Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• Subject specialism in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE or other
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
