Randstad Education is seeking a Secondary SEND Teacher to lead specialist provision in local SEN schools. You will deliver a bespoke life-skills based curriculum and support young people in their transition to adulthood, prioritising independence and practical skills.
Expect to work with small class settings (6-12 students) and a high staff-to-pupil ratio, enabling intensive pastoral support. You’ll collaborate with occupational therapists and transition coaches, using Makaton/PECS/AAC as needed.
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible (Term Time Only)
Salary: £140 - £233 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience)
