Supply Desk Ltd. is seeking a Secondary School Science Teacher for a Paddington-based role in West London.

The teacher will plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 teaching, and will assess progress while fostering curiosity and practical skills. The ideal candidate holds a Science degree with QTS or relevant teaching experience, plus strong classroom management and communication skills.

Salary: £34,000-£56,000+

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential Key Stage 5 teaching.
• Teach a broad Science curriculum, with opportunities to specialise in Biology, Chemistry or Physics depending on experience.
• Inspire students to develop a genuine passion for Science and an understanding of its importance in the wider world.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Encourage scientific enquiry, critical thinking, problem-solving and practical skills.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within a supportive and forward-thinking Science department.
