Job summary

Vision For Education is seeking flexible Adhoc Secondary School Teaching Assistants to work across Swadlincote's secondary schools on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, with daily pay and local placements.

You will support teachers, assist students in groups or 1-to-1, help manage behaviour, and adapt to different year groups. Prior school-based experience is helpful but not essential; strong communication and reliability are highly valued.
