Empowering Learning in Oxfordshire is looking for enthusiastic teachers and cover supervisors to join our local flexible working team. Whether you’re between roles, starting your teaching journey, or seeking greater flexibility, we’d love to hear from you as you gain experience across a variety of schools.

As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, shape your week, manage classrooms, and support students across different subjects and age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Willing to support students and schools to achieve goals.
• Positivity, adaptability and confidence in classrooms.
• Comfort handling classroom and delivering lessons across subjects.
