Job summary

Empowering Learning in Oxfordshire is seeking motivated Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide high-quality cover across a range of secondary schools. The roles include day-to-day and long-term placements, with flexible schedules to suit your availability.

You will maintain positive learning environments, ensure continuity of teaching, manage classrooms, and support students' learning during the school day.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching experience for Supply Teachers
• Experience working in UK schools (primary or secondary)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, professional attitude
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons or lead classes as required
• Supervise and manage classrooms effectively and professionally
• Support students' learning and engagement throughout the school day
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, routines, and year groups
• Uphold all school policies, including safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour expectations

Pay: Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience and role

Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time (Monday-Friday, school hours)
