Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking passionate Primary Teachers for flexible work opportunities across welcoming primary schools in the West Oxfordshire Area.

You can choose daily supply, short-term cover or longer placements, working with a number of schools that value reliable, enthusiastic teachers ready to step into classrooms and make an immediate impact. This role suits both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking essential experience while staying flexible.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools is preferred.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are essential.
  • A flexible, proactive and positive approach to teaching is expected.
  • Availability for at least 1–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
  • Follow school plans or confidently deliver your own where required.
  • Manage behaviour positively and create a supportive learning environment.

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in the West Oxfordshire area? Whether you're seeking daily supply, short-term cover or a longer-term placement, Teaching Tomorrow would love to hear from you.

We are working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Oxfordshire who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic teachers to step into classrooms and make an immediate impact.

The Role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • Follow school plans or confidently deliver your own where required
  • Manage behaviour positively and create a supportive learning environment
