Job summary

Stafflex Education in Huddersfield and West Yorkshire is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for the 2026/27 academic year. We offer day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer placements across the region.

You'll decide when, where and how much you work, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, competitive daily rates and access to CPD. A QTS/QTLS or equivalent qualification and an enhanced DBS are preferred. Appointments are subject to safeguarding checks and references.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 with strong classroom management.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across secondary subjects.
• Adapt to daily and short-term cover requirements.
• Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour and progress.
