Job summary

Stafflex Education in Huddersfield is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers for flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles across Huddersfield and surrounding areas. You’ll cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a range of friendly local schools, adapting to different classrooms while keeping pupil progress at the heart of your lessons.

Required: QTS or equivalent, recent UK primary teaching experience, and a valid Enhanced DBS.

• Sound knowledge of EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management
• Flexible, professional and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain)

• Teach engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Work across a range of schools and year groups, adapting to different classroom environments
• Create a positive and inspiring learning atmosphere
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans or use your own creativity when needed
• Maintain strong behaviour management to support pupil progress
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience
