Qualifications

• Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2/3) or a university degree welcomed.
• Ability to support KS3/KS4 students across various subjects.
• Strong champion for SEND and inclusion, ensuring every student thrives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with teenagers, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities
