The successful candidate will assist in preparing ingredients, equipment and resources for practical lessons and support students during sessions.

The role requires experience in food preparation, hygiene and health & safety, with a collaborative approach in a busy classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Technician or similar practical school-based role.
• Experience in secondary school or education setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, equipment and resources for practical lessons.
• Support students during practical lessons and manage a busy classroom environment.
• Work well within a Food Technology department and communicate effectively with staff.
