Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Confident managing groups of secondary school students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in secondary schools.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students understand the work set.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Encourage students to stay focused, engaged and motivated.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and completed work.
• Support students with additional learning needs where required.
• Adapt confidently to different classrooms and school environments.
