Tradewind Recruitment is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Louth and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, maintain an orderly environment, and support students with their work.

This role focuses on supervision, behaviour management and providing a consistent, supportive presence in the classroom. Ideal candidates will be reliable, adaptable, and able to establish authority quickly across different classrooms.
