Job summary

GIC is seeking an Associate to join the Secondaries team in London on a three-year contract as part of its Associate programme. You will build Excel-based models to value operating companies and funds, prepare deal memos, and coordinate with various groups to identify and pursue investment opportunities.

The role requires hands-on transactional experience, strong financial modelling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Benchmarked with private equity deal structures.
• Prior investment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build excel-based models to value operating companies, funds and portfolios.
• Prepare deal memos and assist in Investment Committee presentations.
• Represent GIC with managers, management, and intermediaries during due diligence and monitoring.
• Coordinate with strategy groups on investment opportunities.
• Assist in deal closing with legal and back/middle office.
