The Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Create a positive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
  • Develop students\' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in your specialist language.
  • Inspire an appreciation of different cultures and languages through creative teaching.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support excellent outcomes for students.
  • Uphold the school\'s values and maintain high professional standards at all times.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or the willingness to obtain one through Milk Education.
