Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience working within an educational setting (school‑based experience preferred)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of a classroom teacher while showing initiative when required
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
