Randstad UK is seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to support secondary pupils in Romford during teacher absences. This role focuses on maintaining a positive learning environment and supervising lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK - essential
• Experience with children or young adults with references
• Degree level education is desirable, but relevant experience valued

Responsibilities

• Supervising pre-set lessons and managing classroom behaviour
• Create a safe and productive learning environment during teacher absence
• Collect completed student work and provide feedback to regular teacher
• Engage with students across secondary subjects and support learning
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
