Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools across Hull. Roles are available both full‑time and part‑time with immediate start and a daily rate of £110–£180, paid weekly on a PAYE basis.

You will follow lesson plans, manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment for pupils. Applicants should have experience with young people; a degree is desirable but not essential. DBS checks are required, with support offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational, coaching, youth work or similar setting.
• A degree qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A clear DBS check (or willingness to apply for one). If you don’t have a DBS, we can support with this.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged with pre-set work.
• Manage a classroom independently and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Build positive and professional relationships with staff and pupils.
