Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a full-time Cover Supervisor in Witham. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity starting September 2026, working in secondary schools across Witham to supervise classes in the absence of teachers.

This is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who wants to build a career in education, with ongoing support and development offered by Tradewind.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring).
• Confident and professional approach to classroom management.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, positive attitude.

• Availability for a full-time role with potential to move into a permanent contract.
