We are recruiting talented teachers for our pool of supply secondary teachers in and around St Austell. Qualified teacher status is required. We offer both emergency daily supply and longer-term roles to fit your availability.

Ideal candidates can create and deliver engaging lessons to diverse student groups, promote enthusiasm for learning, adhere to national curriculum standards, maintain classroom order, and accurately record student performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and evaluate individual termly targets; maintain achievement records in collaboration with colleagues
• Provide reports and assessments according to school policy for various audiences, including detailed reports before annual reviews
• Maintain effective communication with parents/carers regarding their child's welfare, progress, and participation
• Ensure safeguarding of all pupils by following EP safeguarding policies, reporting concerns, and recording information appropriately
