  • Role: Health Care Assistant
  • Location: Gravesend
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 Months
  • Hours: Full time 40 Hours per week
  • Salary: £25396.80

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our established Secondary Care team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of our patients.

As an HCA within our NHS Secondary Care Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. You’ll work alongside a diverse, friendly, and multi-skilled team of clinical and management professionals who are committed to providing exceptional secondary care services.

Working under the direction of the clinical team, you will carry out a range of delegated tasks to ensure the smooth running of our services. You will be a key part of the patient care pathway and are expected to work with autonomy, professionalism, and the highest levels of confidentiality, empathy, and discretion.

This role is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a positive impact and become part of a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Carry out tasks and duties delegated by the clinical and management teams
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Sterilise equipment in line with protocols
  • Maintain basic administrative records
  • Use basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills confidently
