Secondary Art Teacher - Wakefield (Part-Time)

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Secondary Art Teacher to join a school in Wakefield on a part-time basis (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Role Responsibilities:

1. Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils.
2. Manage challenging behaviour effectively.
3. Support the use of support staff relevant to the class.
4. Contribute to providing a safe and secure learning environment.
5. Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous teaching/lecturing experience, specifically in Art.
2. Relevant qualifications, including QTS.
3. Strong behaviour management skills.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Location: Wakefield
• Position: Secondary Art Teacher

• Duration: Long-term, part-time (Wed, Thu, Fri)
