Job Title: Art & Design Teacher – Full Time – Manchester – Summer Term

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified, passionate, and dedicated teacher of Design and Technology to join a secondary school in Manchester for the summer term. The role is full-time, and candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within an Art & Design department at a secondary school.

The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students, demonstrate good behaviour, and assist with classroom management. Attendance at parents' evenings and departmental meetings is also required as needed.

The candidate must be able to teach at least one of the following subjects: Food Technology, Resistant Materials, or Textiles.

Experience, Training, and Qualifications

• Up-to-date Prevent awareness training issued within the last 3 years (training can be provided)
• Up-to-date behaviour management & FGM training (training can be provided)
• Design and Technology UK teaching experience is desired
