Job summary

Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst in London to support capital raising, investor relations and LP syndication. You will work closely with the deal team, legal/compliance and operations to prepare materials, model fundraising scenarios and manage data rooms.

The role focuses on preparing investor-focused materials, maintaining CRM/databases, and researching new LP opportunities while supporting business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking (ideally leveraged finance or DCM).
• Strong financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Undergraduate degree, CFA progress or postgraduate study is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Mature, professional and keen to build a career at the intersection of investing and capital raising.

Responsibilities

• Preparing materials and investor-focused models for LP due diligence requests.
• Producing fundraising offering materials and quarterly reporting content.
• Building financial models to support fundraising.
• Maintaining the CRM, reporting databases and data rooms.
• Researching and analysing new LP opportunities.
• Supporting business development and strategic projects.
• Building familiarity with the legal, product and market issues around fundraising materials.
