Dartmouth Partners is partnering with a leading global alternative investment firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate into its London-based credit platform.

The role is a broad, hands-on IR position supporting fundraising and investor servicing across credit products. You will produce fundraising materials, support due diligence, respond to investor requests, and analyse portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related financial services role with exposure to liquid or illiquid credit.
• Solid understanding of credit and company financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and credit metrics)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw out and present key trends clearly.
• Excellent written communication and close attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

The role

• Producing high-quality fundraising materials and supporting investor due diligence, including track record analysis and portfolio performance summaries
• Contributing to investor communications, quarterly reports, marketing materials, RFPs and DDQs
• Responding to regular and ad-hoc investor requests, and supporting market research and bespoke analysis
• Analysing and presenting performance data on credit portfolio companies each quarter
• Preparing performance exhibits for Annual Investor Meetings and semi-annual Advisory Committee meetings

Role requirements

• Experience in a related financial services role with exposure to liquid or illiquid credit - e.g. private credit, investor relations, leveraged finance, fund of funds, placement agent or fund operations
• Solid understanding of credit and company financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and credit metrics)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw out and present key trends clearly

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working to tight deadlines
