Job summary

Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst in London to support capital raising, investor relations and LP syndication. You will work closely with the deal team, legal/compliance and operations to prepare materials, model fundraising scenarios and manage data rooms.

The role focuses on preparing investor-focused materials, maintaining CRM/databases, and researching new LP opportunities while supporting business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking (ideally leveraged finance or DCM).
• Strong financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Undergraduate degree, CFA progress or postgraduate study is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Mature, professional and keen to build a career at the intersection of investing and capital raising.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing secondaries fund to hire an Investor Relations Analyst into its team in London. This role will report directly into the Head of European Capital Raising.

The role

You’ll support capital raising, investor relations and syndication with Limited Partners, working closely with the deal team, legal/compliance and operations. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing materials and investor-focused models for LP due diligence requests
• Producing fundraising offering materials and quarterly reporting content
• Building financial models to support fundraising
• Maintaining the CRM, reporting databases and data rooms
• Researching and analysing new LP opportunities
• Supporting business development and strategic projects
• Building familiarity with the legal, product and market issues around fundraising materials

The profile
