You will handle calls and tickets, troubleshoot across telephony and networks, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high service levels. The team provides mentoring and on-site visits when required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in first line support or service desk role.
• Experience with ticketing systems and standard support processes.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to stay calm and professional.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and support tickets, and troubleshoot issues through to resolution.
• Support customers across telephony, network and connectivity services.
• Work to agreed service levels for responses and resolution.
• Visit customer sites from time to time.
• You'll be supported with onboarding and mentoring from the team.
