Job Details

• Salary: £33.2k - £38.5k (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers
• Assist with project work such as hardware installation, networking, cloud migrations, server builds, and onboarding
• Work with the 2nd line team to triage support requests
• Mentor and guide junior staff (1st line)
• Conduct on-site visits, site audits, and create technical documentation

Requirements

• Proven IT support experience (minimum 4 years)
• Support experience with telecoms, VoIP, SIP, hosted telephony
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtual Server technologies, networking, hardware, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices
• Valid UK driving license and own vehicle for business travel
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900, etc.)
