The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Second Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will maintain brand standards, uphold food quality, and collaborate with our award-winning food team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Early starts from 3 am are part of the role, with varied shifts across our UK portfolio. Join TRG, a group with around 300 restaurants and pubs, including wagamama and Barburrito, and over 40 years of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, processes, and techniques.
• Leadership and clear communication in a busy kitchen.
• Familiarity with health, safety and licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and maintain brand standards and food quality.
