Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a motivated Second Chef to support our Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll help craft delightful dishes, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences as part of a talented team.

This role starts with early mornings from 3 am and offers a varied shifts pattern, growth through training and apprenticeships, and staff benefits including free meals when you work and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances for efficiency.
• Understanding of hospitality management, P&L and KPIs.
• Willingness to share your experience and undergo a criminal record check.
