Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Second Chef to support our Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. An early start at 3 am is required, with shifts offering variety and opportunity to shine.

You'll help deliver exceptional dining experiences, uphold brand standards and food quality, and collaborate with our award-winning team. We value leadership, organisation, and a passion for hospitality that drives great guest outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced high-volume restaurants.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• Understanding of hospitality management.
• Awareness of P&L and KPIs.
• Nn What? Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to share your last 5 years of life experiences and consent to a criminal record check.
