Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations across fast-paced venues. You will inspire the team, manage early-morning shifts starting as early as 3 am, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience at all hours.

Bring a deep knowledge of ingredients, culinary techniques, and kitchen processes, with strong P&L and KPI awareness, Health and Safety compliance, and outstanding leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced high-volume restaurants.
• Strong hospitality management skills.
• Deep knowledge of ingredients, culinary processes.
• Familiar with kitchen appliances and efficiency.
• Proven ability to interpret P&L and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Organisational and multitasking prowess.
• Willing to share past 5 years and consent to criminal record check.
