Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
• Manage kitchen operations in Head Chef’s absence.
• Use fresh seasonal produce to create nutritious, high-quality meals.
• Maintain a warm, efficient, and fun kitchen environment.
• Work within budget, complete regular audits, and manage stock control.
