Job summary

Care UK in Reading is seeking an aspiring Second Chef with experience in a fast-paced kitchen focused on fresh, seasonal produce. This rewarding role offers excellent training and development opportunities within a multi award-winning care provider.

You will lead the kitchen team, design menus, manage stock and costs, ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance, and mentor staff to reach their potential.

The Role

• Leading the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
