Job summary

Care UK is seeking an aspiring Second Chef to join our Birmingham kitchen where the pace is fast and the focus is on fresh, seasonal produce. You will lead the kitchen team, develop nutritious meals for residents, and help shape our daily menus.

You will manage stock, control costs, and uphold Food Safety and Health & Safety standards. We invest in your development through our Catering Academy and apprenticeship pathways, with strong training and career progression opportunities within Care UK.

Qualifications
