Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce and resident-focused menus.

You will guide a team, design menus, manage stock and costs, and ensure strict food safety and health & safety adherence. The role includes ongoing training and development through our Catering Academy and apprenticeship options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to maximise potential.
• Knowledge of nutrition and diet requirements for residents.
