Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment focused on fresh, seasonal produce. You will design menus, manage stock and ensure high standards of nutrition for residents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to develop nutritious and diet-sensitive meals for residents.
• Experience in menu design and planning.
• Experience managing stock and adhering to food cost guidelines.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Training, supervising and developing a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and high standards.
