Job summary

Wildwood Peterborough is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our Italian-inspired kitchen. You’ll be hands-on across Pizza, Pasta and Grill, supporting the Head Chef and leading the team during service.

You’ll bring energy, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; we offer full training, flexible shifts, weekly check-ins and a chance to grow with us as we expand to new restaurants.

Qualifications

• Hands-on across kitchen sections (Pizza, Pasta, Grill) and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lead during service and support Head Chef.
• Positive attitude with a drive to take responsibility and improve standards.

As a Sous Chef, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll bring the energy to the kitchen, help set the standard, and make sure every dish that leaves the pass is something to be proud of.

Our kitchen has three sections: Pizza, Pasta and Grill, so there’s always something new to learn and get stuck into. You’ll be hands‑on across the sections, supporting the Head Chef, leading the team during service and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Don’t worry if you don’t know every section already we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Bring the right attitude, a passion for great food and the confidence to take responsibility, and we’ll help you develop your skills and smash it in the kitchen.
