Job summary

Wildwood - Salisbury is hiring a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll be at the heart of service, helping prepare ingredients, wash dishes, and keep work areas clean and tidy. You’ll support chefs during prep and service and even help create some desserts along the way.

No previous kitchen experience is required; we’ll teach you as you go. Bring energy, a positive attitude and a readiness to get stuck in, and we’ll help you grow with us.

• Prepping ingredients and washing dishes.

The role

As a Kitchen Porter, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll support the chefs, keep things clean and organised, and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly from prep through to service.

You’ll be hands‑on: prepping ingredients, washing dishes, keeping work areas clean and tidy, helping the chefs wherever needed and creating some of our delicious desserts.

No experience across everything is needed we’ll teach you as you go. Bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to get stuck in, and we’ll help you build your skills and become a key part of the kitchen team.
