4. Potential to live on-site, with options to bring a partner and discuss secondary opportunities within the business.
5. Assist in managing the kitchen, deputising for the Head Chef, and overseeing a busy kitchen operation.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a small team and working in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of traditional British cuisine and creativity in developing dishes.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car if not living on-site.
