Job Description

This role requires your own vehicle, and mileage will be paid.

Qualifications

Ability to:

• Be accountable for the kiosk and team, maintaining audit standards for food safety and health & safety compliance, meeting EHO expectations
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety on site
• Be highly organized, focusing on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products
• Accurately label products to ensure legal compliance around food safety and allergens
• Effectively manage weekly orders, daily stock rotation, and monthly stock takes
• Be an early riser, as shifts can start at 6 am
• Be eager to learn new skills or improve existing ones
