Job summary

Origin is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Operatives to join our Snitterby site. You will store materials, pick, pack and ship orders, and help maintain accurate stock and quality standards. This role involves manual handling and working to a schedule, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You should be reliable, able to work in a team and also independently, with good numerical skills and an awareness of Health & Safety. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain stock integrity.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Load and unload vehicles.

• Communicate and cooperate with managers and colleagues.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Job description

We are looking for Seasonal Warehouse Operatives to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Operative responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and shipping orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

This role is based at Origin Green-tech Snitterby Site

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits/stock integrity
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Load and unload vehicles
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with managers and colleagues
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills Required

• Flexible, hardworking with attention to detail

• Able to work additional hours/overtime to meet business requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but full training will be given.
