Job summary

Randstad Delivery is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a temporary 4-month contract at BN6 9ZJ. Shifts include AM (7:30 am–3:30 pm) and PM (1:00 pm–9:00 pm) with hourly pay rates of £15.47 and £17.01 respectively. Start ASAP; chance to extend.

Responsibilities include outbound processing, goods receipt, stock control, and order picking. Role requires GCSE Maths and English, warehouse experience, and proficiency with MS Office. SAP R/3 and SAP EWM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven warehouse or supply chain experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound dispatch and goods receipt tasks to ensure on-time processing.
• Handle stock in temperature-controlled environments (room temp, chill, frozen).
• Pick customer orders, verify material numbers, quantities, batches, and expiry dates.
• Adhere to warehouse SOPs and health & safety directives.
• Use SAP R/3 and SAP EWM to record stock movements and process returns.
• Support loading/unloading and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Execute daily tasks within outbound dispatch and goods receipt, ensuring all deliveries are processed "on time and in full."
• Inventory Management: Handle stock accurately, including storage in temperature-controlled environments (room temperature, chill, and frozen).
• Order Fulfilment: Pick customer orders with precision, verifying material numbers, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse certification standards, SOPs, and Health & Safety directives to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Systems Usage: Utilise SAP R/3 and SAP EWM systems to accurately record stock movements and process customer returns.
• Team Collaboration:Support the wider team, assist with loading/unloading vehicles, and proactively suggest process improvements.

Qualifications
