Responsibilities:

1. Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
2. Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
4. Drive sales, ensuring targets are met and exceeded where possible.
5. Utilise in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
6. Provide alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
7. Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensure products are correctly priced.
9. Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or perform other duties as required.
10. Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
