Job summary

Deckers seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote the brand in-store. You will create personalized shopping experiences, share product knowledge, and encourage adherence to the company’s sustainability initiatives during every customer interaction.

You will assist with cash handling, inventory checks, and store presentation, contributing to a positive team environment and meeting store goals during the season.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized back-stock area and adhere to Visual Merchandising standards.
