Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in-store. You will listen to customers, offer recommendations, and communicate our brand and sustainability commitments with passion while contributing to a high-energy team environment.

You will also handle transactions, monitor inventory, merchandise according to visuals standards, and maintain clean back stock and break areas.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers and respond to questions, including returns policy and product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area; support safety and loss-prevention policies.
