Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas; daily cleaning tasks.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policy.
• Report to Store Manager and communicate schedule and attendance.
