Job summary

Kairos Group in Portsmouth is hiring a Sales Consultant to attend pre-booked home appointments, assess needs, and provide quotations for high-quality home improvement products. You will not cold-call or door-knock; focus is on delivering excellent customer service and closing sales.

Full paid training is provided, and there is an uncapped commission structure with 25% on completed sales, plus a generous £40,000–£66,000 OTE. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role As a Sales Consultant:

You’ll attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for our products.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No canvassing.

Every appointment is generated through our extensive marketing campaigns and is pre-qualified and confirmed before it reaches you. Your focus is simply on providing excellent customer service and closing sales.

Your Responsibilities:

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn’t essential.
