Job summary

Kairos Group in Portsmouth and surrounding areas is looking for a Sales Consultant to attend pre-booked home appointments, assess needs, and provide quotes for our home improvement products. You’ll close sales with no cold calling, focusing on exceptional customer service.

No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential to travel between appointments.

The Role As a Sales Consultant:

You’ll attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for our products.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No canvassing.

Every appointment is generated through our extensive marketing campaigns and is pre-qualified and confirmed before it reaches you. Your focus is simply on providing excellent customer service and closing sales.

Your Responsibilities:

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn’t essential.
